The rule is addressed to support the Pre and Post sale phases of solutions for the Broadband Access as Access Gateways, STBs, Wireless terminals.
In Pre sales the FAE collects the tech customer requirements and converts them in indications for the fw development.
Later he/she tests the fw solution at customer side
In Post sales the FAE analyses the bugs highlighted by the customers and provides indications to the FW Eng for their fixing
