As part of a project team, the Plant Management Consultant will support the Customer and its team to make process,
organizational, and cultural changes that result in operational and financial improvements. More specifically:
Business process definition:
- develop process flows for each of the business processes within the scope of the project
- develop KPIs which will be used in the Jubail Management Operating System
Report specification development / validation:
- Identify existing reports in the system needed to support each business process or sub-process
- Test each report to ensure that it is producing accurate information based on source SAP or MES data
- Develop specifications for report modifications or new reports based on requirements from the project team
